- Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on Global Marketplace Hub, please provide our designated copyright agent with the following information:

- Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a copyright infringement notice was posted or uploaded without authorization or constitutes fair use, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent.
A counter-notification must include:
a. Your physical or electronic signature.
b. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to locate the material.
c. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
d. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
e. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located within the jurisdiction in which you reside (or a court located within the jurisdiction of Global Marketplace Hub’s location, if outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original copyright infringement notice or an agent of such person.
- Repeat Infringers
Global Marketplace Hub reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
